NAIOP of Northeast Florida, the region’s commercial real estate trade association, will host a luncheon featuring guest speaker Governor Jeb Bush from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17, at the Hyatt Regency – Jacksonville Riverfront. Governor Bush will discuss the importance of continually improving the business environment in order to attract the high-wage jobs needed to be a sustainable community.           

Tickets and tables to the NAIOP luncheon on are on sale and can be purchased online at www.naiopnefl.com or by calling (904) 730-8075. NAIOP members can purchase tickets for $35 each or a table of 10 for $350. Non-NAIOP members can purchase tickets for $60 each or a table of 10 for $600.

Sponsorship opportunities for the luncheon are available at $5,000 for a Presenting Sponsor and $2,500 for an Event Sponsor. Sponsorship packages are limited and include tickets to a Sponsor Reception with Governor Jeb Bush prior to the luncheon, a table for 10 with preferred seating and numerous recognition opportunities during the event. Sponsors for the luncheon include Flagler as a Presenting Sponsor and Grubb & Ellis Phoenix Realty Group, Clockwork Marketing Services and GreenPointe Holdings as Event Sponsors.
