Native Sun Natural Foods Market, North Florida’s leading organic grocery retailer, has selected Auld & White as the general contractor for its newest store to be located at the corner of 3rd Street and 15th Avenue North in Jacksonville Beach. The beaches store, slated to open in mid to late August, will introduce Native Sun shoppers to a fresh new store design.

The new store design will feature an intuitive store layout, mural artwork, living signage, and other flourishes that will create a unique shopping experience. In addition, expanded indoor and outdoor seating will give shoppers more room to enjoy the store’s breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.

According to Aaron Gottlieb, owner of Native Sun, “Hiring Auld & White gives clarity to this project’s timeline and puts us one step closer to bringing the Native Sun natural and organic product shopping experience to Jacksonville Beach. Our goal is to give customers easy access to the products that they want the most. The new design puts significant emphasis on the in-store experience.”

That experience will include updates to Native Sun’s food service and product selection. In the deli, a new format will emphasize customer convenience and satisfaction with fresh grab-and-go offerings, and shortened wait times. The new store design also includes its own full service kitchen, enabling Native Sun to place emphasis on versatile and delicious hot meals that are perfect for quick lunches and dinners.

When it comes to product selection, the grocery aisles will reflect the high standards Native Sun customers expect, with a healthy mix of affordable options for every diet and eating occasion. Grass-fed meats, sustainable seafood, premium health and beauty care, and the best local products available will round out the assortment.
