There is a new place to call home in St. Marys, Ga. Brant Creek Apartments, St. Marys’ first new apartment community in more than 20 years, has opened. The community’s new one- and two-bedroom decorated models are complete and available for visitors to tour.

The new decorated models showcase a contemporary design in neutral earth tones highlighted by bold accent colors. The one-bedroom design offers 757 square feet of living space and the two-bedroom model features a split bedroom design with 1,029 square feet of living space. A three-bedroom plan with 1,186 square feet of living space is also available.

Located near the entrance to the community, Brant Creek Apartments’ first completed buildings comprise 112 of its 196 residences. The community clubhouse is also complete and features a fully equipped kitchen, theater room and free wireless Internet access.

The residences have been designed with many conveniences including the latest in home technology including structured media for today’s user. The community has been designed with a web-controlled technology that will allow residents to remotely control their residences’ thermostats online or from their cell phones. Every apartment is also equipped with the latest technology from DIRECTV, making it possible for subscribers to set their DVR from a mobile device or computer when they are away from home.

In addition to the community clubhouse, residents at Brant Creek Apartments will enjoy other recreational amenities, including a swimming pool and fitness center with cardio equipment. The community will also have a children’s playground, car care center and dog walking area.

Brant Creek Apartments is located near downtown St. Marys, convenient to shopping and restaurants, and a short drive from Kings Bay Naval Station.

 To visit the community from Interstate 95, exit at St. Marys Road. Turn right on Highway 40 East. Brant Creek Apartments will be approximately three miles ahead on the left. The leasing office is from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
