Old San Jose on the River, the riverfront community located on San Jose Boulevard near Jacksonville’s historic San Marco neighborhood, announces Lee Arsenault, president of New Leaf Construction, Inc., will lead construction of new single-family and multi-family homes in the community. Arsenault has been part of the Northeast Florida commercial and residential construction industries for the past 28 years and is a member of the Northeast Florida Builder’s Association and the Remodeler’s Council. He previously served as senior vice president of operations at The Vintage Group, Inc. and as part of the senior management team at Arvida/St. Joe in residential development and home building.

“Lee has a wonderful reputation in the custom home building community and brings many years of homebuilding experience to our team at Old San Jose. He’s the kind of builder you tell your friends and family about. We are absolutely thrilled to have him here and know that future residents will be proud to say that Lee built their beautiful new home,” said Victoria (Vikki) Robbins of Victoria Robbins Realty, Inc. the company responsible for sales and marketing of the community.

Old San Jose on the River is the first new major community construction in the San Jose area in 25 years. The community is designed to celebrate an elegant waterfront lifestyle on the St. Johns River. A number of condominiums and townhomes are currently available for sale, ranging in size from 1,700 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet and priced from the mid-$300,000s to $799,000.
