elacora is pleased to announce its fully decorated model home, the Villena, is now open in Madeira at St. Augustine.

“The new Villena floor plan was designed based on feedback from our customers,” said Victoria Robbins, exclusive agent for elacora Northeast Florida. “Although we opened in Madeira last August, we waited to design our Serena Collection plans because we wanted to learn from our customers what is important to them in a new home. We’re really excited to formally open our newest model in Madeira although we’ve already sold a number of the new Serena plans to buyers who didn’t wait to see the model home. Sometimes it works like that.”

The Villena base plan is a single story, three bedroom/two bath, very open layout with an oversize lanai, three-car garage and flex room. This plan also has multiple options to ‘grow’ the home to fit the buyer’s individual lifestyle. The model showcases many of these options including an extended lanai, dual master suites, an upstairs game room with full bath and walk-in closet and a Florida basement, offering extra storage options.

The Villena is among four plans offered in the Serena Collection, which are suited for larger home sites at Madeira and include three-car garages. Designed with a Mediterranean exterior elevation, the Villena model highlights the interior design style of Barbara Ondo Designs.

The Villena opens into a welcoming foyer that flows to an open and spacious kitchen, café and family room, which overlooks the extended lanai and outdoor living area. The Villena model home has dual master suites located on opposite sides of the home and includes a convenient flex room which may be used as a formal dining room, a den or office, or as an informal café area. All of elacora’s homes at Madeira include energy-efficient standards, such as solar panels on concrete tile roofs and tankless gas hot water heaters. The Villena model will be featured in the 2015 St. Johns County Parade of Homes, which will open Saturday, Aug. 29, and continue through Sunday, Sept. 13.

Designed with the Florida homebuyer in mind, elacora offers two different home collections at Madeira, ranging in size from 1,797 square feet to more than 3,300 square feet and priced starting from the mid-$200,000s.

Capri exterior

Visitors to Madeira also are invited to see the company’s award-winning Capri model home from elacora’s Portada Collection. Also furnished and decorated by Barbara Ondo Designs, the model showcases the Capri’s spacious, open design for living and entertaining.

In addition to the models, Madeira has nearly a dozen move-in ready homes available for prospective buyers to tour. Home sites at Madeira back up to conservation areas with spectacular water or nature preserve views. Home buyers are invited to take advantage of elacora’s limited-time special offer: $5,000 toward closing costs or CDD fees and $2,000 in-home upgrade on quick move-in homes.
