The Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) is accepting entries for the 2014 Parade of Homes. Shining the spotlight on new residences, the Parade of Homes will take place from Saturday, April 26 to Sunday, May 4.

The entry deadline is Friday, March 7. Judging will happen on Friday, April 25, and winners will be honored at the awards banquet on Thursday, May 8, at Marsh Landing Country Club in Ponte Vedra Beach.

“The Parade of Homes offers the public a leisurely, two-weekend tour of the finest new homes in Northeast Florida,” said NEFBA President Daniel Blanchard. “The event provides a wonderful opportunity for NEFBA members to showcase their finest work and connect with local residents. I encourage every local homebuilder to enter their models and specs in this year’s Parade of Homes.”

The 2014 Parade of Homes will accept new home entries from Duval, Nassau, Clay and St. Johns counties. The cost to enter is $2,300 per home, and if three model homes are entered, the fourth entry is free.
