Mark your calendar! The Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) will host its annual Charity Gala from 6:30 to 11 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, at Metropolitan Park in Jacksonville. A portion of the event proceeds will benefit Builders Care, NEFBA’s charitable arm whose mission is to provide home improvements to those in need.

The theme of this year’s gala is Greased Lightning. There will be classic cars on display and everyone is encouraged to come dressed as T-Birds and Pink Ladies. Tickets are $100 per person. The purchase of a ticket includes an all-evening open bar for soft drinks, beer and wine, and an entry in this year’s Grand Prize Giveaway, an all-expenses-paid trip for two to Greece. The prize, valued at $5,000, includes round-trip airfare and accommodations at a 5-star hotel.
