The Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) and the NEFBA Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) recently honored the best in marketing and sales in the Northeast Florida building community at its 2013 Laurel Awards at Cascades at World Golf Village.

Dozens of awards were presented during the annual event. Some of the major awards included:

• Dick Baker Memorial Award – Cal Williams
• Golden Service Award – CornerStone Homes
• Member of the Year – Sue Andrews
• Developer of the Year – The PARC Group for Nocatee
• Lender of the Year – Diana Dilallo Tarzia, PrimeLending
• Marketing Director of the Year – Amber Williams, Lennar Homes
• Realtor of the Year – Judy Hicks, ReMax Coastal Real Estate
• Sales Manager of the Year – Tom Daddario, Lennar Homes
• Site Agent of the Year – Ben Bauzon, Drees Homes
• Site Agent of the Year (Partnership/Team) – Teresa Santos and Sam Schneider, Lennar Homes

Other awards were presented in various categories including architectural design, marketing, interior design and individual sales awards.
