Northeast Florida Builders Association Endorses Jerry Linder

The Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) is endorsing Jacksonville builder and former NEFBA president Jerry Linder in his nomination to the leadership team of the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA). If elected, Linder would be installed as FHBA secretary for 2012-2013.

“Jerry Linder has contributed so much to NEFBA and will do the same for FHBA,” said NEFBA President Barbara Moore, who is division president for Lennar Jacksonville. “He is a passionate leader with an eye for innovation and a vision for the future.”

Linder has more than 20 years of industry experience and is currently president of J.L. Linder Group, Inc. He served has NEFBA president in 2006 and has also served and chaired numerous committees for NEFBA and for FHBA. In 2012, he has served as chair of the FHBA’s Area Vice Presidents Council and chair of the Audit Committee.

A Northeast Florida native, Linder has received numerous honors and recognition during his career including the Dick Baker Award, the Clay County Builder of the Year, 12 Who Care and the Good Neighbor Award. He is active with several charitable organizations including the Quigley House, Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville, Trinity Rescue Mission, Dreams Come True and Builders Care.
