The Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) will host the 2013 Chester Stokes Holiday Golf Tournament on Monday, Dec. 9, at Marsh Landing Country Club. The event begins at 11 a.m. with lunch followed by a noon shotgun start and also includes dinner, snacks and range balls.

“Our holiday golf tournament is one of the most anticipated NEFBA events of the year,” said NEFBA President Dennis Ginder, who is president of Landon Homes. “We are pleased to be holding the tournament at the beautiful Marsh Landing Country Club and appreciate Chester’s support of the event.”

The cost for the tournament is $125 per player or $400 per foursome. There are sponsorship opportunities, ranging from $150 to $2,500.

“This tournament is very well attended by many people across different industries and sells out quickly so I encourage everyone to sign up soon,” Ginder added. “In addition, our sponsorship opportunities provide a wonderful way for local companies to support NEFBA while promoting their product or service.”

The 18-hole Marsh Landing Golf Course is known for its scenic beauty. The par-72 course winds through Intracoastal marshes and pines, and is home to a variety of wildlife.
