The Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) and the NEFBA Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) welcomed a new board of directors and officers at an induction ceremony and breakfast held at the University of North Florida University Center today. During the event, the new 2012 board members were inducted and six awards were presented to local industry leaders.

The NEFBA 2012 Executive Board includes:

• Barbara Moore of Lennar Homes, President
• Michael Bourré of Bourré Construction Group, Immediate Past President
• Dennis Ginder, Landon Homes, First Vice President
• Ken Kuester, Lumber Unlimited, Second Vice President
• Chet Skinner, Skinner Bros. Realty, Third Vice President
• Keith Ward, Thomas May Construction, Training Vice President
• Daniel Blanchard, Blanchard Land Co. Secretary/Treasurer,

The NEFBA SMC 2012 Executive Committee includes:

• Denise Patricolo, David Weekly Homes, Chairperson
• Amber Williams, David Weekly Homes, Immediate Past Chairperson
• Jim Doyle, RedDot Marketing, First Vice Chairperson
• Ron Harris, Harris Real Estate Partners, Second Vice Chairperson
• David Wakefield, Prime Lending, Secretary/Treasurer

Additionally, six NEFBA members were recognized at the ceremony with awards. They include:

• Builder Member of the Year – Lennar Homes
• Fred King Associate Member of the Year – Jason Dugger, Scapes of North Florida
• Leadership Award – Michael Bourré, Bourré Construction Group
• Arnold Tritt Achievement Award – Richard Browdy, Browdy & Browdy, Inc.
• Bob Ransom SMC Chairman’s Award – Ron Harris, Harris Real Estate Partners
• Good Government Award – Howard White, Building Official and Director of Building Services, St. Johns County
