Ocean’s Edge Experiencing Impressive Sales Success

February 18th, 2013 · Leave a Comment

The sales success continues at Ocean’s Edge in South Jacksonville Beach, one of the best-performing condominium communities in Northeast Florida. In 2012, Ocean’s Edge achieved 50 condominium sales for more than $10.3 million in sales volume. Of all the condominiums sold in 2012 in the beaches market of Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra Beach, Ocean’s Edge garnered a 57 percent market share for condominiums priced $160,000 to $275,000, according to Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Services (MLS) data.

“Ocean’s Edge has experienced tremendous sales success because we offer excellent pricing, quality construction and a one-of-a-kind location, and buyers clearly recognize the value of this community,” said Victoria (Vikki) Robbins of Victoria Robbins Realty, Inc., the real estate company responsible for sales at Ocean’s Edge. “With shrinking and limited inventory, now is the time to buy if you want to enjoy the beach lifestyle at Ocean’s Edge.”

Located one block from the Atlantic Ocean in South Jacksonville Beach, Ocean Edge is steps from the beautiful Jacksonville beaches and just a short walk to local restaurants, nightlife and retail venues. The community offers low maintenance living with one-, two- and three-bedroom condominium homes, ranging in size up to 1,417 square feet of living space. Homes range in price from $171,000 to $269,000.

Ocean’s Edge is the only condominium community east of Florida A1A at the beach with the distinction of maintaining FHA and Fannie Mae financing approval, making it possible for qualified buyers to obtain low down payment, fixed-rate mortgages at competitive rates. As a result, Ocean’s Edge is able to offer mortgage financing to primary as well as second home purchasers.

“Those interested in the community should act now,” Robbins said. “We have experienced great success at Ocean’s Edge and remaining opportunities are limited. But our team will not be going away because we have something else in the works, too. Watch for an announcement soon.”
