Wielgus opened the first Office Evolution in Jacksonville near the St. Johns Town Center in June 2018 to significant demand from local business owners and entrepreneurs. That location occupies 8,084 square feet at 5011 Gate Parkway, Building 100, Suite 100, and is at 85 percent occupancy serving over 50 local companies.

Office Evolution Jacksonville at Bartram will be able to serve over 150 members. The location will feature 45 private offices, a large coworking space, a community lounge and three conference rooms, the largest of which can accommodate up to 12 people.

At 12574 Flagler Center Blvd., the space is prominently positioned in a high-growth area of South Jacksonville, with convenience to Interstate 95, State Road 9B and U.S. Route 1.
