Old San Jose on the River, the riverfront community on San Jose Boulevard near Jacksonville’s historic San Marco neighborhood, is taking reservations for its impressive single-family homesites. Of the 27 single-family homes available in the community, seven have already been reserved.

The community is offering buyer incentives on its new single-family homes, prior to the grand opening of the model homes. Old San Jose is offering a bundled package of designer options and builder upgrades in staged increments, as well as preconstruction pricing while the models are under construction. Highest incentives will go to the first three people who reserve their homesites with gradually reduced incentives offered to each group of three buyers thereafter. The first three people to sign a reservation agreement will be offered a $20,000 builder upgrade and designer options package; the second three people will receive a package worth $15,000; the third group will receive a $10,000 package and so on. Base prices are slated to go up an average of $10,000 on August 1st.

Buyers will have their choice of four single-family floor plans at Old San Jose on the River: the Verona, the Alexandria, the Avondale and the Kingston. Each plan has a choice of custom-designed elevation themes and each has several pre-designed structural options and variations which add bedrooms, baths and bonus space.Preconstruction pricing for single family homes plus lot start at $395,000. All five riverfront home sites will have the ability to have a private dock and will be sold with a dock permit in place. Riverfront lots start at $600,000.
