Old San Jose on the River offers new land plan, opens amenity center

May 16th, 2012 · Leave a Comment

Old San Jose on the River, the riverfront community on San Jose Boulevard near Jacksonville’s historic San Marco, has officially opened its luxury amenities center and unveiled a new site plan for single-family homes, which will allow for 26 single-family residences to be built and sold in the community, five of which will be waterfront home sites with private docks.

Designed by architect Michael Stauffer and constructed by Generation Homes, the understated luxury amenities center fits seamlessly with the Mediterranean-revival architecture of the overall community. Residents enjoy a fire pit, outdoor kitchen and resort-style swimming pool, along with a fitness center and clubhouse. The facilities also include meticulously maintained gardens, a riverfront promenade and private riverfront access via the community day dock.

Condominium homes at Old San Jose offer several unique floor plans ranging in size from 1,700 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet. Condominiums and townhomes currently available for sale are priced from the mid-$300,000s to $799,000. Plans and pricing for the single-family homes will soon be announced. Along with the distinctive homes available, the community also offers maintenance-free living, true architectural detailing and lush landscaping.

Old San Jose on the River is located at 5000 San Jose Blvd. in Jacksonville, Fla., and offers easy access to Interstate 95, Jacksonville’s historic San Marco district and Downtown Jacksonville. The sales office is open daily. To set an appointment to tour the model homes or for additional information, call (904) 733-6399 or visit www.oldsanjose.com.
