If you haven’t paid a visit to the 2010 Designer Showhouse by Toll Brothers at Coastal Oaks at Nocatee, time is running out! This is the final week to support the Jacksonville Symphony Guild’s largest fundraising event and visit the magnificent Marquis home, which has been decorated by the area’s most talented decorators and designers.  The Designer Showhouse is open through May 9.

If you see that one-of-a-kind item that you can’t live without, make plans to return to the Designer Showhouse for the Designer Sale on Monday, May 10! The sale will run from 9 a.m. to noon and may be your opportunity to strike gold!

The exclusive Showhouse furnishings and décor that have been featured during the event will be for sale. Each participating designer has an inventory list of items available for purchase, and it is advisable to contact the designers prior to the sale and reserve your favorite items. All sales are cash or check, and unless prior arrangements have been made with the designer, buyers are responsible for pickup and delivery.
