March 16th, 2012 · Leave a Comment

The weather is warmer, the flowers are blooming and spring is in the air! Palencia invites you to grab your dancing shoes and celebrate spring break with live music and dancing at the 4th Annual Spring Break Street Festival on March 23. This family friendly event is open to the public and features musical performances, local dancers, food and beverage vendors and fun activities. The party starts at 5 p.m. at the Palencia clubhouse located at 600 Palencia Club Drive in St. Augustine. Proceeds from the event will benefit Builders Care, the not-for-profit arm of the Northeast Florida Builders Association. Booth space is also available for local vendors.

Located in the burgeoning St. Johns County area, Palencia is a 1,450-acre master-planned community featuring attractive homes, family-friendly amenities and a town center set along the natural landscape of Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway. The community offers a variety of home types, retail and office opportunities, more than 33 acres of parks and open areas, a 40-acre Village Center that contains the Palencia Club, featuring a 33,000 square-foot clubhouse and Arthur Hills-designed championship golf course. More information about the community of Palencia is available at www.vivapalencia.com.
