Golf fans celebrated this year’s THE PLAYERS Championship in style. The 12th Annual Plaid Party to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) was held at the Nippers Beach Grille on Friday, May 10. The Plaid Party, which began as a small gathering of plaid-clad young professionals held on the Friday evening of THE PLAYERS Championship weekend, has evolved into one of most popular signature charity events in the region.

Justin Kuehn, Deanna Still and Bobby Tilka

All who attended enjoyed complimentary cocktails while dancing the night away to the band Split Tone and a special performance by DJ Rock City. Attendees also had the opportunity to bid on one-of-a kind items such as autographed Jaguars and Gators memorabilia, golf trips to Black Diamond Ranch and Shingle Creek, Jaguars ticket packages with on-field experience and much more at the event’s silent auction.

All proceeds from the evening benefitted CFF, the leading organization devoted to curing and controlling cystic fibrosis (CF), a life shortening genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system causing serious complications. For more information, visit www.cff.org.
