The program is set and registration underway for the 2022 Urban Land Institute (ULI) Florida Summit 10th Anniversary Conference June 1-3 at the Hyatt Regency, Jacksonville Riverfront.

From keynote addresses to mobile tours, the ULI Florida Summit focuses on changing markets, growing trends and new opportunities, featuring insights from leading industry professionals. The annual Summit connects top real estate professionals from throughout the state including developers, attorneys, engineers, architects, brokers and land use planners, from both the private and public sector.

Mobile tours and special events highlighting Northeast Florida real estate and development are part of the agenda that includes speaker sessions on Thursday and Friday, the Women’s Leadership Initiative Dinner on Thursday and the statewide UrbanPlan Workshop on Wednesday.

Thursday’s opening session, Developers Investing in Jacksonville, will present a panel of speakers including Jacksonville Mayor Lenny Curry, Jacksonville Jaguars President Mark Lamping, VanTrust Real Estate EVP Marc Munago, Faqua Development Founder Jeffrey Faqua, RISE Development CEO Ryan Holmes and Hines Sr. Managing Director Lane Gardner. Downtown Investment Authority CEO Lori Boyer will serve as the session moderator.

General sessions on Thursday offer unique insights on trending topics and issues. The sessions include The Changing Face of Retail and Investing in Florida’s Future: Building Healthy, Equitable Communities, followed by a general networking reception open to all attendees.

Friday’s sessions include Flocking to Florida: What it Means for the Future Housing Market with Zonda Chief Economist Ali Wolfe and Resilient Developments in Florida: Insights from the Public and Private Sectors. Leading Futurist, Author and Speaker Jack Ulrich will present the closing session, The Great Reset: The Emerging Age of Reimagination, Reconnection and Renewal.

Conference tours and special events are selling out quickly. There is a wait list for the visit to the PGA’s New Global Headquarters in Ponte Vedra Beach on Thursday. Other Thursday offerings include an Adaptive Reuse Bike Tour of the Historic Springfield Neighborhood and a visit to Jacksonville’s state-of-the-art Regional Transportation Center and the Transportation Planning Organization’s command center. There is limited availability for the Behind the Scenes Walking Tour of Downtown Development on Friday.

The Summit provides multiple opportunities for networking among attendees and speakers. More than 600 ULI members and non-members interested in the state’s progress and prosperity convene at the annual event. The Summit is hosted and produced jointly by the five ULI District Councils of Florida. Sponsorship opportunities are available.
