Pulte Homes will build single-family detached homes on 43’ and 53’ homesites and offer five thoughtfully designed floorplans, ranging in size from 2,093 square feet to 3,266 square feet. Construction on a new model home featuring the Whitestone plan will begin soon. Cordova Palms will open for sales in 2023.
