The Northeast Florida Division of PulteGroup, one of the nation’s leading home builders, was recognized by the Jacksonville Business Journal in its annual ‘Best Places to Work on the First Coast’ program. The Jacksonville Business Journal partners with Quantum Workplace to conduct anonymous surveys that measure how employees feel about their workplace and its culture.

“Our company’s success can be measured in many ways, and one of the most important ways is having a team that is passionate and values where they work,” said Tony Nason, Division President of PulteGroup’s Northeast Florida Division. “Our company is honored to achieve the ‘Best Places to Work’ distinction.”

PulteGroup’s Northeast Florida Division has experienced tremendous growth and success, and currently has 15 new construction projects throughout Northeast Florida. Earlier this year, the company moved its Northeast Florida Division headquarters into a new office space that provides employees with a more collaborative and connected work environment and convenient access to Interstates 95 and 295. The new space houses all company resources under one roof including a design center for new home selections, PulteMortage and PGPTitle.

The company’s Culture Committee is actively involved with local nonprofit organizations and charitable efforts including PulteGroup’s Built to Honor® program, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida, USO Volunteers, City Rescue Mission and Rethreaded. PulteGroup is hosting its first annual Building Hope Charity Golf Tournament on Nov. 1, 2022, with proceeds benefitting Rethreaded.

PulteGroup’s Built to Honor® program recognizes and honors returning military personnel who have been injured during their term of service by providing mortgage-free homes to veterans and their families. Launched in 2013, the program has built and donated more than 60 homes across the country. The company is currently building its third Built to Honor® home in Northeast Florida.
