Q&A With Troy White, Developer of La Fontana at World Golf Village

Troy White strives to develop communities of which he can be proud and in which he would love to live. The principal of WGV Residential Ventures I, LLC, and his partners, are developing La Fontana at World Golf Village.

We recently caught up with White, managing partner at Blue Reed Management, a real estate development, acquisition, and management company, to ask about La Fontana. The condominiums at La Fontana are the premiere luxury homes in World Golf Village.

What attracted you to World Golf Village?
