The Remodelers Council of the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) recently hosted the First Coast Remodelers Awards. More than 135 members and guests attended the “red carpet’” event that included food, entertainment and awards honoring the industry’s best in Northeast Florida.  The Remodelers of the Year award was presented to Tom Trout, Sr. and Tom Trout II of Tom Trout Custom Builders and Remodelers, which has served the Northeast Florida community for more than 50 years.

The Best in Show award was presented to BeeTree Homes for a Whole-House remodel in the $150,000-$250,000 price category. BeeTree Homes was received a gold award for a Whole-House Remodel in the under $150,000 price category.

More than 20 awards were present at the event. Congratulations to all of the award winners!
