July 30th, 2020 · Leave a Comment

Rethreaded, a nonprofit organization that provides a second chance at life for human trafficking survivors through employment and mental health services, is celebrating its ninth birthday. The celebration will take place August 1 through 9, hosted via Facebook and Instagram pages to respect the restrictions caused by COVID-19.

Community First Credit Union is the event sponsor, making this unique event possible. Riverside Homes has also graciously provided a $30,000 donation match for the nine day celebration.

Throughout the nine day campaign, the organization will premier their new fall accessory line, while featuring inspirational stories and testimonials. The goal of this campaign is for Rethreaded to raise $30,000 in order to reach the match goal donated by Riverside Homes.

On Thursday, August 6, at 6 p.m., the organization will host a Facebook live event. Guests can tune in for a chance to win prizes as well as donate or shop to help Rethreaded reach their goal. The organization looks forward to celebrating this incredible milestone with their supporters and community.

Rethreaded is grateful to the event sponsor, Community First Credit Union, and to Riverside Homes for the $30,000 match. The support received from these organizations has allowed Rethreaded to survive during this season. To help Rethreaded reach their goal, follow along on Facebook or Instagram.
