The Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) in conjunction with the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors (NEFAR) will present the 34th annual Realtor Builder Tradeshow on Friday, Oct. 18, at the University of North Florida University Center. The tradeshow will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

More than 800 members of Northeast Florida’s real estate and building industry communities are expected to attend. The theme of this year’s event is Ride the Wave. The tradeshow will feature more than 60 exhibit booths as well as educational programs and networking opportunities.

“This is a premier event that brings real estate and building professionals together for education and networking,” said NEFBA President Dennis Ginder, who is president of Landon Homes. “In addition to providing information on the latest trends, the Realtor Builder Tradeshow offers the opportunity to connect with hundreds of professionals and strengthen relationships within the industry.”
