The Riverside Avondale Development Organization (aka: RADO) is holding an informative seminar at 7 p.m. Monday night about the newly-launched Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). Richard Paige from the Housing Partnership of Northeast Florida will detail how the process works and what it requires of homebuyers.

RADO’s main mission is to keep affordable housing available to the community and the NSP helps with this initiative. So if you’re interested in living in the Riverside/Avondale area, this seminar is worth attending on Monday at the RADO offices located at 881 Stockton Street.
