The RiverTown community, St. Johns County’s only master-planned riverfront residential development, recently launched a comprehensive website to serve as a marketing tool and information resource for the community. RiverTownFlorida.com features streamlined navigation and a simplified layout for easy use by homebuyers researching the community. The new website provides a wealth of resources for homebuyers, including builder profiles and home site maps, lifestyle information, community resources, and news and events. RiverTown has also launched a Facebook community page, which provides photos of the community and construction progress, event listings, community updates and important announcements.

The community of RiverTown is master-planned as a 4,170-acre community along the northwest part of St. Johns County, Fla. Located on the St. Johns River. RiverTown has been designed with a vibrant and diverse mix of uses and as a walkable residential community with strong ties to the St. Johns River. RiverTown recently broke ground on its signature Riverfront Park, slated for completion in December 2011, and its community playground. Plans have also been completed and construction has started on the RiverTown amenity center, which will include the more than 3,000-square-foot RiverHouse social club, competition pool, fun pool, tennis courts and play fields.  The RiverTown amenity center is scheduled to be completed in Spring 2012.
