February 7th, 2012 · Leave a Comment

RiverTown, St. Johns County’s only master-planned, riverfront residential community, will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the recently completed Riverfront Park on Thursday, Feb. 16 at 10 a.m. Everyone is welcome to attend this special event to learn more about the park, along with members of the St. Johns County Commission and Chamber, the RiverTown team, builders and park architects. Riverfront Park is located off State Road 13 and adjacent to the RiverTown neighborhood located at 39 Riverwalk Blvd in St. Johns.

Riverfront Park is one of the signature elements of the community that highlights RiverTown’s connection to nature and the river. Located along approximately one mile of the St. Johns River, the park encompasses nearly 58 acres of natural areas and canopy trees, walking and jogging trails along the riverfront and throughout the park, a fishing pier, waterfront overlook areas and a restroom pavilion.

The RiverTown community embraces the appeal of great Southern neighborhoods of years past with traditional architecture, pedestrian friendly tree-lined streets and ample green space for residents to enjoy. Three premier builders offer new home construction featuring superior craftsmanship and service. Dennis Homes, David Weekley Homes and Mattamy Homes each offer a diverse portfolio of floor plans and elevations that will provide an air of individuality for homeowners while complementing the surrounding community.
