The next edition of Springfield’s Second Sundays in Klutho Park will feature the annual China Cat Sunflower Festival! The event will take place on Sunday, Aug. 13, from 4 to 8 p.m.

Enjoy live music from Hadley Parrish-Cotton, Dancing Bear and The Ouija Brothers in the bandstand from 5 to 8 p.m. Marivic’s Flavor, Chunky Tomato Twisted Okie and LaVita Cuisine will be serving up all kinds of deliciousness. The event features an expanded market with numerous vendors; and assorted craft beer from Veterans United Craft Brewery, Intuition Ale Works and Bold City Brewery.

Come early for the traditional China Cat drum circle and yoga with Urban Yoga Jacksonville. Bring a lawn chair or a blanket and enjoy an evening in the park. Second Sundays is hosted by Springfield Preservation and Revitalization (SPAR) with the support of sponsors Watson Realty Corp. and TerraWise Homes.
