October 13th, 2022 · Leave a Comment

Join ICI Homes and David Weekley Homes on Saturday, Oct. 22, for the grand opening celebration of Seven Pines, a new master-planned community in Jacksonville. Enjoy fun for the whole family from noon to 3 p.m.

There will be a bounce house, balloon artist, face painting, mechanical bull, caricature artist, rock wall, hayrides and more. There will be food trucks and free Kona Ice (while supplies last.)  Radio station WQIK will broadcast live on location.

Guests will be among the first to visit eight brand new furnished model homes masterfully crafted by two of Jacksonville’s most trusted builders, ICI Homes and David Weekley Homes. Tour the models and register for a chance to win one of two prizes – an inflatable paddleboard with electric pump or a Yeti Tundra 35 Cooler.

For generations, the property’s piney woods sparked the love and laughter of the Skinner family. Soon, they’ll welcome hundreds more to this bold new 1,000-acre master-planned community, Seven Pines.

The new contemporary homes of Seven Pines will offer a fresh take on Jacksonville style. The homes at Seven Pines will be nestled within walkable neighborhoods with lush green space, water and tree-lined streets. In addition to the eight furnished model homes, ICI Homes and David Weekley Homes have several quick move-in homes under construction. The homes feature a variety of floor plans and a wide range of square footages and styles. Home prices at Seven Pines start in the upper $600,000s.

With more than 1,000 acres of natural beauty, Seven Pines will offer a vibrant village center, parks, trails, lakes and family outposts that bring residents closer to nature—and each other. Plans for the community include a 34-acre Central Park and a 7,900-square-foot Residents Club located alongside a sparkling lake. The Residents Club will offer a resort-style pool, a lap-lane pool and children’s sprayground with interactive water features and slides. The clubhouse will provide nearly 3,000 square feet of fitness space that will include a group fitness area and a cardio workout area in addition to meeting/event space. Plans for the amenity area include an Outpost building by the lake for canoes and kayaks.

Seven Pines is located near the intersection of J. Turner Butler and Kernan boulevards. The community offers quick access to the beaches and downtown Jacksonville, and has a premier location near shopping, dining, schools, recreation, medical centers, business centers, and more.
