Sisler Johnston Interior Design Awarded Contract at Palms at Ponte Vedra

Sisler Johnston Interior Design has been awarded the contract to provide interior design services for the Palms at Ponte Vedra, an assisted living community. The firm will be responsible for providing Interior Design Documentation for the new community’s interior specifications and finishes including wall protection, flooring products, cabinetry, lighting, decorative hardware, furnishings and art.

“The Palms at Ponte Vedra will be a wonderful addition to the community and serve a vital need with its state-of-the-art senior care living residences,” said Judith Sisler Johnston, president of Sisler Johnston Interior Design, allied member, American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS). “As the senior population continues to grow, there are more and more residents seeking this lifestyle.”

Located at 375 Solana Road in Ponte Vedra Beach, the Palms at Ponte Vedra will be a two-story, 75,500-square-foot building housing 64 assisted living beds and 24 beds for memory care. Amenities will include a movie theater, beauty salon and spa, billiards, a putting green, a therapy gym and swimming pool. The Palms at Ponte Vedra is projected to open in March 2015.

Health Care Managers Inc. is the owner and developer of The Palms at Ponte Vedra. The architect is Architectural Concepts Inc.
