St. Johns River State College and the First Coast School of Real Estate sign a partnership agreement to provide a 63-hour pre-licensing classroom course for real estate students on the college’s Orange Park campus

St. Johns River State College and First Coast School of Real Estate recently signed a partnership that will provide a 63-hour pre-licensing course for real estate students. Coursework will begin in July on the college’s Orange Park campus and is open to all members of the community.

The first real estate pre-licensing course is planned for Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, July 25 to Oct. 5, from 6 to 9 p.m. Students are required to complete 63 classroom hours, followed by passing a classroom exam with a score of 70 percent or higher. Passing the pre-licensing test permits students to take the state Real Estate Sales Associate Exam, which requires a score of 75 percent or higher to pass.
