June 13th, 2019 · Leave a Comment

The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens is offering another opportunity to visit the museum with free admission on Friday evenings beginning June 21.

Summer Fridays will offer free admission to guests on Fridays from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. through the summer. The Free Tuesdays, sponsored by Florida Blue, and Weaver First Saturday, sponsored by Wayne and Delores Barr Weaver, will also continue.

PNC Bank is sponsoring the Friday evening openings through Sept. 6. The 12-week program will open the permanent exhibitions and gardens to the public. They will feature free entertainment such as live music, art activities, lawn games and lounge areas. Admission to featured exhibitions and food can be purchased on site.

The first Summer Fridays event will be themed “Summer Solstice: Célébration du Solstice.” Themes will change weekly to highlight different art and regions. For more information, visit cummermuseum.org.
