After more than five years of renting, Jacksonville professionals Jayne and David Jett are enjoying their new home at The John Gorrie a condominium. The couple relocated to Jacksonville in 2008, and rented in several areas including San Marco, Riverside, Downtown Jacksonville and Tapestry Park before they decided to buy. Six months ago, Jacksonville professional Milan Velimirovic began thinking about buying a new home. Although he owned a home in the Southside area, the architect and Keiser University computer instructor frequently visited the neighborhoods of Riverside and Avondale. He enjoyed the historic community’s flavor and wanted an environment that would free him from the demands of owning a home.
