Tamaya Awards Tuscany Trips to a Lucky VIP Tour Visitor and a Real Estate Professional

ICI Homes of Tamaya, developers of a master-planned community between Downtown and the Beaches, awarded trips to the Tuscany region of Italy to a VIP tour visitor and real estate professional recently.

The trip giveaways for two to Tuscany were awarded to VIP tour visitor Dana Jubran of Jacksonville and Realtor Cristie Karsten (left) of Keller Williams Realty in Jacksonville Beach. The trip giveaways resulted from a promotion Tamaya conducted to mark the grand opening of the community.

The first, 169-home phase of the 2,400-home Mediterranean-style community is under construction off Beach Boulevard midway between Kernan and Hodges boulevards, where a $4-million, 8-home model home park opened in late April.

“Much of the inspiration for Tamaya – where splashing fountains, cobblestone pavers, and colorful tile roofs will abound – came from the Tuscany region,” said Don Wilford, North Florida division president for Tamaya builder ICI Homes. “We thought it fitting to give two lucky winners and their guests a chance to see the source of this motivation.”

Winners were randomly selected from a list of several hundred people who have already booked and completed individual VIP tours of Tamaya or real estate professional who toured with a client. The winners received paid roundtrip airfare for two to Tuscany, a 6-day/5-night stay at the Palazzo Ravizza, a rental car, and a wine-tasting trip to the Chianti region.
