ICI Homes of Tamaya, developers of a new 2,400-home, master-planned community off Beach Boulevard between Kernan and Hodges boulevards, is offering a chance to win a free trip to the Tuscany region of Italy to anyone who takes a discovery tour of this new Mediterranean-style community.

Everyone who takes a VIP tour during Tamaya’s pre-construction period will be entered into the drawing to win a 5-night, 6-day vacation for two to Tuscany. The trip includes roundtrip airfare, accommodations, a wine-tasting and lunch in the Chianti region.

The region of Tuscany served as inspiration for Tamaya, where eight model homes and a vision center are currently under construction. The vision center is set to open this month for sales presentations.
