In response to high demand, ICI Homes of Tamaya is scheduling VIP tours of its new master-planned community off Beach Boulevard between Kernan and Hodges boulevards through April 26. To give each prospective buyer individual attention, tours are available by appointment only.

The interest in Tamaya, a 780-acre, all-encompassing community with a broad spectrum of homeowner choices, has already resulted in more than 150 appointments to see plans for this unique combination of in-town living, resort lifestyle and exceptionally-designed Mediterranean-style custom homes.

Tamaya’s tours by appointment only will include presentations of the community, its models and the rich mix of planned amenities. Visitors can also receive information about home sites and pre-construction pricing at Tamaya’s Vision Center for sales.

The first phase of the 2,400-home community on 780 acres will consist of 169 single-family homes ranging in size from 1,900 to 3,500 square feet and priced from $300,000s to the $600,000s. Buyers will choose from 14 customizable home designs in various architectural styles, including Tuscan, Mediterranean and Spanish.
