The Monique Burr Foundation for Children Raises More Than $18,000 at Southern Hills Golf Tournament

The Monique Burr Foundation for Children Inc., raised more than $18,000 at its 5th annual Southern Hills Golf Tournament at Southern Hills Plantation Club, a private club and course designed by the legendary Pete Dye and ranked in the top 50 new courses in America by Golfweek Magazine.

Tournament participants enjoyed 18 holes of golf, golf contests, a player gift bag, door prizes, a silent auction, raffles, breakfast and lunch and an awards ceremony. More than 100 golfers participated in the tournament.

Winners from the tournament include:

  • First Place – Joe Pearce, Rich Zanghetti, Russell Knox and Jim Hill
  • Second Place – Darryl Johnston, Robert Buckner, Buck Bradley and Stan Arnold
  • Third Place – Mark Spada, Tim Hall, John Faulkner and Brett Hitchcock
