The RiverTown Community is Growing, Welcoming More Families in 2013

March 13th, 2013 · Leave a Comment

The RiverTown community, St. Johns County’s only riverfront master-planned community, is growing and experiencing strong success. Homes are being built and families are moving into the thoughtfully designed community along the St. Johns River.

Homebuyers are drawn to the community’s charming ambiance and welcoming family-oriented atmosphere. In 2012, builders in the community reported 24 home sales and feedback remains positive for 2013 sales. One of the community’s builders, Dennis Homes, recently sold its model home and has opened a new model home featuring the Charleston design.

While there has been steady pre-construction sales activity, the RiverTown community also has move-in ready homes available and opportunities for new homeowners to purchase in the community’s first neighborhoods as one of its founding families.

“The RiverTown community is thriving, and with that growth, we’re excited a new main entry to the community is nearly complete,” said RiverTown Director of Development Christian Kuhn. “We are also hard at work developing future neighborhoods in the community.”

Construction is nearly complete on a new roundabout entrance to the RiverTown community. The new circular intersection at State Road 13 and RiverTown Boulevard will provide an inviting entrance to the community and a pedestrian friendly connection from the community to Riverfront Park. Completion of the roundabout project is anticipated in March 2013.
