The Women’s Giving Alliance Grant Aids Rethreaded With Largest Hiring Cycle

June 11th, 2020 · Leave a Comment

Jacksonville non-profit Rethreaded is the recipient of the Women’s Giving Alliance grant. The funds from this prestigious grant will allow the organization to change the lives of more human trafficking survivors.

The Women’s Giving Alliance is a group that combines their philanthropic giving to give back to organizations who are working to end female poverty. This year, they helped eight non-profits in Jacksonville including Rethreaded.

Rethreaded’s Survivor Development Program is supported by a grant from the Women’s Giving Alliance, an initiative of The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida. Rethreaded recognizes The Community Foundation for their support of this project.

The funds Rethreaded will receive through this grant will also support hiring more survivors as part of the largest hiring cycle in the company’s history. Rethreaded hopes to hire these women in August.
