CornerStone Homes' Senora model at Parade of Homes

Three builders at Palencia, the master-planned community in central St. Johns County, received awards at the Northeast Florida Builders Association’s recent Parade of Homes event.

Palencia preferred builders CornerStone Homes, The Cottage Home Company and Dostie Homes each received Parade of Home gold awards for designs of residences at the 1,450-acre community. Here are the details of each award:

• CornerStone Homes. The builder won in the $730,000-$750,000 category for the design of its Senora model. The 5-bedroom, 4 ½-bath design features 4,619 square feet and a very large, covered lanai.
• The Cottage Home Company. The company received the award for The Madison model in the $795,000 – $820,000 category. The home is 4,187 square feet, with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, and a beautiful separate back garden entryway.
• Dostie Homes. In the $770,000 – $795,000 category, Dostie took home the prize for its Alexandra model. The 4-bedroom, 3 ½-bath home is 3,939 square feet, with an impressive two-story foyer.

Each of the builders constructed luxury model homes that were on display during NEFBA’s Parade of Homes showcase April 26 – May 4, when home sellers, prospective buyers and others could tour the models inside and out. The awards were handed out at NEFBA’s Parade of Homes awards banquet on May 8.
