TrailMark in St. Johns County is hosting an evening under the stars with the Ancient City Astronomy Club of St. Augustine on Saturday, June 8, from 7 to 11 p.m.
The family-friendly event is free and open to the public. It will be held rain or shine.
The Ancient City Astronomy Club of St. Augustine is a community of amateur astronomy enthusiasts promoting interest in the heavens and beyond. Club members will have telescopes available for a close-up view of the moon, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Mars and other celestial objects. TrailMark provides a welcoming environment to enjoy the beauty and wonder of the night sky.
The Star Gazing Party highlights the very essence of life at TrailMark, a recreation-rich community in northern St Johns County, combining the best of neighborhood living with a nature-first approach. Residents enjoy healthy outdoor living with miles of trails, parks and a community amenities center.
