The nature-first community of TrailMark in St. Johns County has two new beautifully decorated model homes by Lennar showcasing the latest in home trends and interior design. The new homes offer more choices for homebuyers at the community.

“At TrailMark, our homes are designed for today’s active families of all ages and sizes,” said GreenPointe Communities Marketing Director Gaynelle James. “Lennar’s new model homes bring together the best of what TrailMark living is all about along with the ‘wow’ factor that appeals to today’s homebuyers.”

With its rich environmental tones and textures highlighting organic finishes and natural woods, the Trevi showcases a unique and modern perspective for living spaces with its clean lines, minimal shapes and a focus on comfort. The open kitchen with a central island flows seamlessly into the dining room and gathering room leading to a lanai, perfect for drawing the outside in. The owner’s suite features two walk-in closets and a private bath. The four-bedroom, three bath home offers more than 2,000 square feet of living space.

With multigenerational living on the rise, two homes under one roof provide both privacy and togetherness. Lennar’s new Independence model with its next generational suite is perfect for families with aging parents or college-aged student. The NextGen® floor plan includes a kitchen with cooktop, living room, bedroom, bathroom and laundry area. A door at one end provides access to the main home and a second door at the other end leads to a private outdoor entrance and separate single-car garage. This recently opened model presents a welcoming and casual farmhouse design style, accentuating comfortable and casual flair with light neutrals shades that softly flow throughout the home. Overall, the Independence plan has more than 2,200 square feet of living space with a total of four bedrooms, three-an-a-half baths and three-car garage.

TrailMark’s builder team, which also includes D.R. Horton, Dream Finders Homes, MasterCraft Builder Group, Providence Homes and Richmond American Homes, offers single-family, one- and two-story traditional neighborhood style homes in a conservation area setting. The community has beautifully decorated model homes available to tour, several showcase homes ready for immediate move-in and more currently under construction. Homes are priced from the $200,000s to the $500,000s.

The community’s spectacular setting is the perfect match for these new model homes. With impressive oak tree hammocks, lakes, winding waterways and trails, TrailMark has been carefully planned around its natural environment. The community appeals to homebuyers who embrace a lust for life and are seeking a healthy lifestyle with access to unique amenities, such as neighborhood parks, miles of trails, a kayak launch to Six Mile Creek and beach-entry pool overlooking a large central lake. Residents also enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center, a variety of sports courts and playing fields. TrailMark’s amenity center and Camp House, an open-air lakeside pavilion, are popular destinations for residents and gateways to lasting friendships. An on-site lifestyle director plans weekly activities and social gatherings for residents of all ages to enjoy.

TrailMark is located within the highly rated St. Johns County School District and zoned for Nease High School, Pacetti Bay Middle School and Picolata Crossing Elementary School, which is adjacent to TrailMark. For more information, visit www.TrailMarkLiving.com.
