WG Pitts, an award-winning General Contracting, Architecture, Construction and Development Management firm, has been awarded the commission to provide the master plan for Three Rivers, a 1,641-acre, mixed-use development in Nassau County.

Located just west of Interstate 95 in Yulee along State Road A1A, the master-planned development will include approximately 3,000 homes, commercial, office and light industrial space, a public park, waterfront access and a site for a Nassau County public elementary school.

WG Pitts Director of Design John Powers, formerly of Powers & Merritt, is leading the land planning team. The development is projected to create a $700 million economic impact to Nassau County.

“With homes, services and other commercial development, Three Rivers will generate numerous economic benefits to Nassau County,” said WG Pitts President Will Pitts. “We are pleased to provide a leading role in bringing this state-of-the-art community to life.”
