All First Coast YMCA branches will be open for free to the entire Northeast Florida community every Friday and Sunday in October. Every guest who visits the YMCA during one of this month’s free days will be entered to win a 6-month First Coast Y membership. Free Fridays and Sundays are available through Oct. 28.

Every Friday and Sunday in October, interested individuals can visit his or her local Y to experience everything the branch has to offer. Guests must check in at the front desk to sign a waiver to participate. Checking in will also enter the guest’s name into the free membership giveaway. This promotion is not available to current First Coast YMCA members.

During the First Coast YMCA’s 110th year of serving Northeast Florida, the Y continues to strengthen this community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Free Day Fridays provide the Y the opportunity to reach even more residents, regardless of age, income or background, to ensure they are living their healthiest lives.
