NAIOP of Northeast Florida (NAIOP), the region’s commercial real estate authority and trade association, hosted a  luncheon featuring Northeast Florida industry experts who provided a 2013 market update and 2014 forecast.

According to the panelists, who included Alex Coley, NAI Hallmark Partners; Victor Hughes, Parkway Properties; Rich Isphording, Steelcase; John “J.R.” Richardson, Newmark Grubb/Phoenix Realty Group ; and Bob Selton, Colliers International, Jacksonville is headed for a bright future. In 2013, Jacksonville announced 24 economic development projects that could potentially create more than 3,700 jobs and result in a capital investment of more than $467 million.
