Jacksonville announces Small Business Capital Access Programs

The City of Jacksonville Office of Economic Development recently announced the newly established Small Business Capital Access Programs (SBCAP), which supports the growing needs of the over 66,000 small businesses in Duval County.  Nearly 18,000 of those businesses employ 100 people or less.

The programs are intended to align with the City’s commitment to nurture a thriving small business community, while enhancing economic stability, entrepreneurship, job growth, and resiliency within the City. The programs offer grants and low-interest loans to small businesses across Duval County
