The City of Jacksonville is set to light up the St. Johns River once again with the annual Jacksonville Light Boat Parade on Saturday, Nov. 30, 2024.

A fleet of decorated boats, ranging from small vessels to grand yachts, will take to the water at 6:30 p.m., followed by an awe-inspiring fireworks finale that includes the beloved “waterfalls” effect off both the Main Street and Acosta Bridges. This year, there are new activities along the Southbank, including activations at Friendship Fountain. The parade will begin at the west end of the Shipyards, travel along the Northbank, and turn south just before the Acosta Bridge. It will continue east along the Southbank. This year, spectators can enjoy the festivities from the Southbank, including Friendship Fountain, which will feature a variety of entertainment and attractions. Free public parking for the Jacksonville Light Boat Parade will be available at the DCPS Building, located at 1701 Prudential Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32207, and the Kings Avenue Parking Garage, located at 1201 Kings Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32207.
