NAIOP of Northeast Florida (NAIOP) Developing Leaders, the young professional council of the commercial real estate development association, will host a luncheon featuring guest speaker Aundra Wallace, CEO of the Downtown Investment Authority, at the Times Union Center for the Performing Arts on Thursday, Oct. 17.

Wallace will discuss the importance of downtown Jacksonville and the concepts necessary for a meaningful transformation. The program is open to the public and everyone is invited to attend to learn more about the strategies for success in the Urban Core.

“The transformation of downtown Jacksonville has been and continues to be a hot topic in Northeast Florida,” said NAIOP of Northeast Florida President Traci Jenks. “Our members are interested to hear Aundra give some insight on how we as a community can come together and help downtown reach its full potential, and we welcome all interested individuals to attend as well.”

Registration and networking will begin at 11:30 a.m. followed by lunch at noon. The cost to attend is $35 for NAIOP members and $50 for non-members. Register online at www.naiopnefl.com .  If you have any questions, please call (904) 730-8075.
