Have you heard local real estate analyst Charlie Clark will be the special guest at the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) Sales and Marketing Council’s (SMC) monthly breakfast event?

The event will take place from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 9, at the University of North Florida University Center. Clark will present a market forecast during the program.

“Charlie is one of the most respected professionals in our industry and I am looking forward to hearing his perspective on the Northeast Florida housing marketing activity,” said NEFBA President Barbara Moore, who is division president for Lennar Jacksonville. “This program promises to be very enlightening, and I encourage everyone in our industry to attend.”

Clark is a recent inductee to the Florida Housing Hall of Fame, which honors men and women who have made significant and lasting contributions to housing in Florida, the building industry and the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA). Clark is also the 2011 recipient of the Dick Baker Award, an individual award presented as part of NEFBA’s annual Laurel Awards.

A champion for sales and marketing specialists and the vital role they play in the home building industry, Clark is a teacher, trainer, mentor and friend to hundreds of housing professionals. He has inspired award-winning sales and marketing councils around the country, created and taught professional development programs, and also received the coveted Bill Molster and John P. Hall awards during his 40 plus years of service.
